Orders will be shipped within 12 to 48 hours from the order date. Please note that we don’t ship the products on Sundays. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

When purchasing online using your credit or debit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. The delivery time is based on the location. Once the order has shipped, we will SMS and e-mail your tracking information. Tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

We will email and SMS your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one hour after we have shipped your order or you can track your order here.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please Visit – Return Center For more information. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

The return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if you received incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise. When contacting us, include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references. It is important that the photographs cover the outer packaging, the inside of the box, and the incorrect or defective item you have received. We are committed to resolving your case as swiftly as possible.

Processing returns may take up to 15 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you the confirmation once your return has been processed.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be initiated to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Please get in touch with the card-issuing bank with questions about when the refund will be deposited into your account.
